Terms of Use

FOP Melnichenko Andrii (the operator of Moozy, “we”) provides these terms for the iPhone game and optional purchases.

App licence

Your use of Moozy is also subject to the terms that apply to your Apple App Store account.

Playing Moozy

No Moozy account is required to play or to use cloud saves.

Optional purchases

Moozy offers optional in-app purchases through Apple. The price and contents are shown before you confirm a purchase.

VIP and ad-free time

VIP lasts 30 days and does not renew automatically. The current StoreKit configuration has no non-renewing subscription group. The 7-, 30-, and 90-day ad-free products are time-limited game effects.

Gold and starter offer

Gold packs and the starter offer are consumable in-game purchases. Used consumables are not granted again by restoring purchases.

Restore and refunds

Open Menu → Settings → Purchases → Restore to check eligible purchases and active entitlements. For help with a missing purchase, visit Support. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled through Apple.

Cloud saves and availability

Cloud saves use your iCloud account and private CloudKit database. They are separate from restoring Apple purchases. Moozy uses last-writer-wins with rollback protection; a same-revision conflict requires you to choose the local or iCloud save, and Moozy does not choose automatically.

Your rights

These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
